Sidequest is a self-contained prototype. It does not ask you to create an account, and the game does not send your answers or progress to a server. The pricing planner and pitch builder use your current selections on this page only; they are not saved or sent anywhere.
What is saved
If you choose “Accept & save progress,” Sidequest stores your XP, completed mission count, completed mission list, and correct-answer count in local storage on this device. If you decline, progress stays only in the current page session and is not saved for a later visit. Neither choice is linked to your name or contact details.
How to clear it
Use “Reset progress” in the game to clear your saved score and mission history. You can also remove local storage through your browser settings.
Cookies, analytics, and sharing
This prototype sets no advertising or analytics cookies and has no account, social-sharing, or contact features. Your cookie and privacy choice is remembered in session storage for the current tab. The Accept option enables persistent game-progress storage; Decline still lets you play with temporary progress. Game answers only show feedback in the current round. Your browser or hosting provider may independently process standard technical request data when you open a website.
Young players
The experience is designed for teen learners and does not ask for personal information. Privacy obligations can depend on the intended audience, what a service collects, and where it is offered; this starter policy is not a certification of legal compliance.
Changes
If the site later adds accounts, analytics, external services, or other data collection, this policy should be updated before those features are used. Check the date above to see when this page was last revised.
