Welcome to Sidequest, a browser-based business-learning game for teens. By using this prototype, you agree to these simple terms. If you are under the age at which you can agree to online terms where you live, please use it with a parent or guardian.

1. Learning experience

Sidequest offers fictional, bite-size scenarios for general educational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, or business advice, and it does not promise any particular outcome. Use your own judgment and ask a trusted adult or qualified professional before making real-world decisions involving money or a business.

2. Your use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial learning. Please do not disrupt the site, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or copy and redistribute its content in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

3. Progress and availability

If you choose to save progress, game progress is stored in local storage in this browser on this device. If you decline, progress is temporary for the current page session. Clearing browser storage or using a different device may remove saved progress. This prototype is provided as available and may change as the learning experience improves.

4. Ownership and credits

Sidequest branding, original interface, game text, and visual design are credited to the project contributors listed on the main page. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Credits supplied for this concept do not, by themselves, establish an endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship. External organization credits should be confirmed with those organizations before public release.

5. Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project contributors are not responsible for losses arising from relying on fictional game content as professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
